Chief Culture Officer

If you understand the importance of culture but don’t have a full-time “CCO”, this 3-6 month engagement allows us to serve as your virtual Chief Culture Officer. We will take a detailed assessment of current culture (e.g. strengths, challenges) and then co-create the next phase of your culture with the leadership team. Then, we’ll help create (or realign) your culture with strong vision/mission/values statements and develop and implement the strategy that gets you from point A to point B.

1:1 Executive Coaching

This 6-month engagement is all about getting clarity on what you want, the values you want to focus on to get there, and supporting you to achieve your unique goals. When we really show up, other people take notice. It gives our team members the confidence to do the same. It tells them that you care and are all in.

This coaching package helps you press pause, rethink not just what you’re doing, but how you’re doing it, how you’re spending your time (inside and outside of work), and helps you make the most of every minute. As EHK Founder Elizabeth likes to say, “Everyone needs a coach!”

Driven by the desire to help people communicate and connect in more genuine ways, Elizabeth Kurfess decided to start exactly the type of boutique consultancy she wished she could have hired at her previous firms. And so, EHK Consulting was born.

Elizabeth founded this company to help people embrace their authentic selves, at work and in life. Built on the belief that there’s no better way to transform an organization than to get its people truly engaged, excited, and enabled to do their best work, we put people first and everything else second.

We help organizations achieve transformational change by reversing untrue narratives, removing ego, bridging communication gaps, and using the power of individual truths to drive peak business performance.

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth Kurfess embodies the characteristics today’s business teams and leaders need in a consultant. As an Executive Coach and Consultant, she combines her business acumen and passion for people to ignite transformational change through real communication for teams and individuals.

Prior to coaching and consulting, Elizabeth worked for GE in a variety of global leadership roles across marketing, product management, operations, and sales throughout many GE businesses, including Energy, Capital, Ventures, Appliances, and Corporate. She worked on many "firsts" for GE and led the Women’s Network in the Bay Area. Elizabeth brings an uplifting energy to everything she does and has been acknowledged with many GE awards including the Growth Value Award for "Inclusiveness," CMO award nominee, Corporate Initiative Award, and Management Award.

A proud “ENFJ,” Elizabeth loves using her StrengthsFinder strengths of empathy, positivity, woo, arranger, and influencer. And, in everything she does, she builds on her values of connection, gratitude, balance, authenticity, and joy.
